Terberg takes over her distributor for Northern Germany Nordlift GmbH in Hamburg

Terberg Beheer B.V., the holding company of the Terberg group, has acquired per 8^th March 2007 the shares of Nordlift GmbH in Hamburg – Germany.
 
Nordlift GmbH is the distributor for Terberg Terminal- en RoRo-tractors in Northern Germany and takes care of the sales and service of these vehicles.
Nordlift employs in total 10 people and has a rental fleet of over 50 tractors.
 
With this take over Terberg strengthens her posistion as distributor for her vehicles in a big and important country. The former owner and director of Nordlift Mr. M. Ahrens (63), will stay in the company for the time being. The name of the company will change in Terberg Nordlift GmbH.
 
Terberg Benschop B.V., manufacturer of special vehicles, works worldwide with a network of independent distributors, who take care of sales and service of the Terberg Terminal and RoRo-Tractors.
In the U.K. the 80% owned company Terberg D.T.S. (UK) Ltd. takes care of sales and service of the Yard-Tractors in the logistics sector.
The Join Venture Company Terberg Tractors Malaysia Sdn Bhd., 50% owned by Terberg and 50% by partner Tractors Malaysia Sdn Bhd, takes care of the production of Terminal Tractors for the market in Asia and Australia.
