Joint Venture: Terberg Tractors Malaysia Sdn Bhd

The technical co-operation between Terberg Benschop B.V. and Tractors Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. has been strengthened into a Joint Venture (50% - 50%), named Terberg Tractors Malaysia.
Terberg will transfer its research and development as well as expertise in manufacturing terminal tractors to the Joint Venture and in return Tractors Malaysia will act as the regional marketing and manufacturing base.
The Joint Venture will enlarge the presence of Terberg terminal tractors in the container haulage business in more than 40 countries in the Asia-Pacific.
"With the aggressive growth in the logistics industry we hope to put more terminal tractors in the ports in this region", George Terberg told at the press conference in Kuala Lumpur on 14th November recently.
